Restored the 1968 Ferber House to its original mid-century design using archival photos and materials. The multilevel home blends modernist architecture with natural surroundings in Lake Arrowhead’s scenic forest.
The Ferber House, a multilevel lake home by architect Michael Black (1967), was restored by Sofieya in 2019. Using original photos and input from the architect’s family, the interior was carefully returned to its original design by 2020.
